Microsoft have released a version 3 (v3) of their Power BI based Call reporting for Microsoft Teams Auto Attendants and Call Queues. Information on installation can be found here.
There are 3 reports available in the pack and they bring some nice improvements to the originals.

Are these reports accurate from Power BI desktop?
looks like the call queue reports are not showing the right results
For example, I know one of the agents is taking more than 10 calls are day but it shows only 3-4 calls.Not sure if anyone else facing the same issue
I don’t use them actively myself so not 100% sure. They are still not the best really!
Hi do you know of a way to have it saved past 28 days.
Not sure sorry. Could be that this detail of data is removed Microsoft side. The reports leave a lot to be desired still! Third party solutions are still the best bet.
