How we are maintaining our remote team morale using Microsoft Teams meetings

Over the past few weeks I have been posting some remote work tips based on my real world experience. I’ve been a full time remote worker for a numbers of years now.

In this post I share a video I recorded that shows one of the ways we are maintaining our remote team morale using Microsoft Teams meetings. The video covers creating a channel based meeting we called “Virtual Cafe” to hold our daily check-in’s, but really just to have a good old chit chat.

We also added a bit of silly for extra fun, with a few of the team trying to out-do each other in the dress-up stakes. Here are a few of my attempts:
